They are absolutely the Best Plumbers in Brisbane. Unfortunately discovered water leaking on an exterior wall & through an inside wall from water pipes in the ceiling. Fortunately I know the best Brisbane Plumbers & emailed K-Oz. Owner Steve had Sam attend immediately & with Steve’s expert knowledge, a great solution was found. The ceiling pipe leak was capped & new copper pipe installed. Issue resolved I can’t thank you enough. If you want phenomenal knowledge & service, use K-Oz Plumbing. Thanks so much to Steve & the Team.
Another occasion when K-Oz is very responsive. I had a gas leak and reported it and was advised that the issue was on my property, which had me concerned. K-Oz were out to test very quickly. They calmly explained what was going on and next steps.
They also happily looked at another issue while they were on site. 10/10.
Hot water issue fixed within 2 hours of calling. Very happy with the quality of the work & the price. Ray fixed issues that previous plumber said could only be fixed by replacing the parts with new parts. He was so helpful and efficient. Total cost was 1/4 of the previous quote! Highly recommend Ray and K-OZ Plumbing.
