Hot water issue fixed within 2 hours of calling. Very happy with the quality of the work & the price. Ray fixed issues that previous plumber said could only be fixed by replacing the parts with new parts. He was so helpful and efficient. Total cost was 1/4 of the previous quote! Highly recommend Ray and K-OZ Plumbing.
Ray came out to help. Very polite and professional and knew what he was doing. Appreciated K-Oz responding to a last minute request as had tried other plumbers but no one rang back. Their communication was excellent and turned up when they said they would. Satisfied with the work and pricing and would yes them into the future.
