We had Roman from K-OZ come out a couple of times to firstly clear out a blocked drain and also to replace a toilet. We found him to be very professional and just a really nice bloke. He was on-site both times exactly when we had planned. He was very knowledgeable and fixed up our issues quickly. He was able to provide some options to replace our toilet on-site and also a fixed price for the work depending on which toilet we selected. It shows how well organised the company is and we found their prices to be very reasonable. He also fixed up some of the dodgy plumbing work that was done with the previous toilet and replaced a leaky garden tap for free with a spare that we had despite that not being a part of the fixed quote which we really appreciated. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use K-OZ again for any future plumbing requirements. They were fantastic. Thanks very much guys.

I also wanted to add, my mum was on the premises when this work was done and she said to let you know the plumber was absolutely incredible, so lovely, and explained everything to her so well. She was super super happy with the service! Thanks so much.
