Very satisfied dealing with K-Oz plumbing arranging job was seamless and site works carried out professionally exactly as described. I was impressed by the attention to detail of the team carrying out the work.
Steve from K-Oz was excellent to deal with, professional and made time to make things happen quickly. Communicated quickly and did everything as stated and on-time with the people sent to site being happy and professional and did an excellent installation.
The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the toilet problem and fixed the leak. He then removed the valve, cleaned it and replaced the fitting. He was friendly and courteous and wasted no time doing the repairs required.
