The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the toilet problem and fixed the leak. He then removed the valve, cleaned it and replaced the fitting. He was friendly and courteous and wasted no time doing the repairs required.

My Dad’s gas heater broke on Saturday morning of the Labour Day weekend.After contacting the company we got a visit by Kane within a short time .After an initial attempt to solve the issue Kane came back later in the afternoon and installed a temporary heater for the weekend.On Tuesday I spoke to Kylie in the office and she was able to organize a visit that day from Steve.Both Steve and Kylie were sympathetic to my father’s concerns about the heater and they both did their jobs in a professional manner.Many thanks to Kane also for his work.Thank You K-OZ Plumbing.
